Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Quality Professional to ensure the accuracy and consistency of product, marketing, and technical data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain complex data sets with strong attention to detail.
  • Become proficient in our advanced Product Information Management (PIM) system and drive its use across the organization.
  • Use analytical skills to manipulate and cleanse data, ensuring our data assets are clean and reliable.
  • Implement a Data Governance framework, setting standards for data quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with customers to facilitate continuous process improvements and enhance performance and user experience.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of products through extensive training.
  • Establish and manage output data channels for smooth communication and data transfer to internal and external customers.
RequirementsEssential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience recording and maintaining complex data sets with strong attention to detail.
  • PIM System Experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Confident working with large datasets.
  • Previous experience with a PIM system.
  • Self-driven, enthusiastic, and committed to continuous learning and skill development.
  • Proven track record of reliably following instructions.
  • Top-notch Microsoft Excel skills.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a product-led business.
  • Understanding of ERP and product data structures.
  • Previous experience working in manufacturing or distribution.
  • Knowledge of product attribute standards and industry codes.
