Part-time Quality Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Quality Coordinator to assist in the process of continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with Aged Care Standards and associated requirements. This part-time role offers a schedule of three days per week, with 7.5 hours per day.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance processes
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care accreditation standards
- Collaborate with clinical staff to achieve quality outcomes
- Participate in auditing and gap analysis activities

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (AHPRA registration desirable)
- At least 3 years aged care experience, preferably in a quality role
- Strong understanding of quality assurance and clinical governance principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn new systems and technologies
