We are seeking an experienced Quality Coordinator to support continuous improvement in line with the Aged Care Standards and associated requirements.
The part-time role offers a schedule of three days per week, with 7.5 hours per day.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in continuous improvement in line with the Aged Care Standards and associated requirements.
- Support compliance, policy protocols, accreditation, auditing, and processes to achieve 100% compliance within the Quality Standards.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the aged care sector.
- AHPRA registration (Registered Nurse).
- At least 3 years aged care experience, preferably in a quality role.
- Demonstrated quality, compliance & clinical governance understanding.
- Sound knowledge of the Aged Care accreditation process.
- Excellent understanding of quality assurance & auditing processes.
- Ability to learn new systems and technologies.
- Continuous improvement, gap & risk analysis experience advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication & leadership skills.
- Coordinate, educate and mentor clinical staff effectively.
