Overview

In this dynamic entry level role as Junior Account Manager reporting to the Client Services Director, you will be responsible for the successful management of key client relationships, project budgets, and timelines.

Responsibilities

- Manage key client relationships, project budgets, and timelines under the supervision of the Client Services Director.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, reviewing, forecasting, briefing, tracking and reporting to support project delivery.

Qualifications

- Just graduated from university or have at least 1 year of relevant experience; an effective organiser who can work autonomously and collaboratively end to end.
- Meticulous eye for detail and process, strong client management skills, and an enthusiastic nature.
- Able to foresee and navigate obstacles across planning, scheduling, reviewing, forecasting, briefing, tracking and reporting.
- Affable with the ability to inspire those around you and build rapport with clients and colleagues.
