Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

The Position
- South Melbourne location
- Monday - Friday ( Full time)
- This is a pivotal role to provide a customer-centric level of service to the Client’s organisation.
- Assist with the management & coordination of all maintenance works, suppliers, sub-contractors & trade persons on site
- Oversee security and maintenance of premises, equipment, and stock
- Compilation of all daily, weekly, and monthly audits, inspections & reports, and address all areas in a timely and efficient manner with detailed responses to all Client requests and actions.
- To maintain a sound understanding of all contractual obligations
- To ensure the Client premises maintains a high-level maintenance and appearance.
- Great communication skills
- Physically fit and reliable
The Person
- Experience in a similar role - working in a commercial cleaning environment OR Facilities type role
- Experience in the provision of superior customer service
- Experience in supervisory or above level roles in an operational/customer service function
- Physically fit, fun and able
- Good communication skills with a flexible approach
- Complete a functional medical with drug and alcohol test
- Build and maintain effective and strong relationships with clients, visitors, staff and colleagues
- Ability to self manage, work cooperatively and collaboratively with others and have a flexible approach to function effectively under pressure
- Energetic, passionate and leads by example
