At Baby Bunting, we’re all about ensuring the safety of the tiniest members of the family. We’re on the lookout for a safety-focused individual to join our team and help us keep precious little passengers safe while they travel.
In this exciting, customer-facing role, you’ll be a trusted helper to new parents and caregivers, assisting with car seat installations and ensuring every journey is safe.
Location: Hawthorn East
Employment Type: Part Time
Roster: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
What We’re Looking For
- No experience required. If you’re physically fit, able to get in and out of customer cars with ease, and can handle small clips and restraints, we’ll provide full training and certifications.
- A passion for safety and a desire to ensure little ones travel securely.
- A friendly, approachable attitude, with the ability to explain technical details in simple terms.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
What Will You Be Doing?
Installation Wizard:
- Safely install car seats with expert precision in customer vehicles, following Baby Bunting’s Installation Principles.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Be the face of Baby Bunting by welcoming families with a smile and answering car seat safety questions.
- Show customers how easy and important it is to get car seats installed correctly.
Safety Expert:
- Educate parents on the do’s and don’ts of car seat use; be the go-to person for peace of mind.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest safety regulations and car seat guidelines to ensure installations meet high safety standards.
Store Support Superstar:
- Help with in-store tasks like inventory, product demonstrations, and sharing child safety knowledge with the team.
