Overview

As our highly valued Relief Customer Service Specialist based in York Street, in the CBD, your role will provide support and serve the local community as the first point of contact for our customers and their retail banking needs.

As a Relief Customer Service Specialist, you will support multiple branches across the local area. This includes branches based in Parramatta and Macarthur Square.

You’ll make an impact by

- Helping customer meet their financial goals through our great value savings, insurance and personal lending products
- Deliver sales and lending results
- Supporting our purpose of helping every Australian own their own home.
