**CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST - JAPANESE SPEAKER**
**LOCATION: Melbourne VIC**
**SALARY PACKAGE: Up to $54K + Super + $$$ Incentives**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- This is a bilingual role with your strong English and Japanese language skills being utilised
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience within an airline, ticketing, travel or luxury hospitality company preferred
- Exceptional communication skills (Verbal and Written) in Japanese & English
- Full working rights in Australia
- Ability to work a 7 day roster including days, nights and public holidays
- Ability to work towards and exceed targets
