Land & Property Manager
This role leads all land and property activities across our major projects — from early planning to approvals and delivery. You’ll oversee land access, acquisition, and stakeholder engagement to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
What you’ll do:
- Lead land access planning and coordinate field teams safely and effectively
- Manage acquisition processes, documentation, and negotiations
- Partner with project, community, Indigenous, and legal stakeholders
- Deliver property outcomes on time, on budget, and with strong engagement
About You
- Degree qualifications in property or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years’ experience in land and property management.
- Proven expertise in land access negotiations and compulsory acquisition.
- Strong understanding of NSW and Commonwealth property, planning, and acquisition legislation.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical and professional teams.
