**THE ROLE.**
We are looking for a land/property acquisition manager to provide support for land acquisition process on major infrastructure projects in NSW. You will be required to expedite and manage the property acquisition processes which will require a collaborative working relationship with an internal land acquisition team, consultants and external stakeholders to streamline and refine land acquisitions in advance of construction.
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- 5-10 years' experience in project management/land & property acquisitions.
- Qualifications - Tertiary degree in Civil engineering, Estate or Property management.
- Experience in managing and providing advice on land access and acquisitions in a multidisciplinary team across major infrastructure/utilities projects.
- Development of strategies and management plans for the negotiation and acquisition of all necessary easements and other land access rights.
- Leadership of government and agency consultation, and co-ordination of property owner consultation during all phase of acquisition (including compulsory acquisition)
- Preparation and delivery of executive level reports and trackers.
- Project management of allocated deliverables for property acquisition, cost, time and resourcing.
- Risk management frameworks and strategies for completing valuations, negotiations and acquisitions.
- A collaborative, positive and energetic approach with a commitment to providing excellent service and, a desire to interact with the multidisciplinary team and various stakeholder.
