We are looking for an experienced Land Sales Consultant to join us to sell our Ara Hills development from our Auckland office

We are seeking an experienced LandSales Consultant to join us at a boutique land development in Ara Hills. This is a full-time permanent opportunity working Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday onsite from our Auckland office.
Skills and Experience You will have a proven track record of success in residential land sales. Your ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders is key and you will thrive working in a fast paced environment.
To be successful in this role you will also have:
- A passion for customer service and building community
- Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Experience using CRM (preferably Salesforce or MS Dynamics CRM)
- Solutions focused approach to problem solving
- Sound financial acumen
- Exposure to covenant administration would be advantageous

- People management capability
- Strong ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Word/Excel)
- Experience using CRM (preferably Salesforce or MS Dynamics CRM)
- Solutions focused approach to problem solving
- Sound financial acumen
- Exposure to covenant administration would be advantageous
To be eligible for this role, you will be available work 5 days per week on site including Saturdays with flexibility to work a varied roster if required.
You also must hold a current Real Estate Licence.
