You will join a leadership team in a role which oversees paid media across Google, Meta, and other channels, managing a portfolio of accounts with over $10 million in annual spend. You will work closely with strategy, design, and product teams.
Role overview
You will lead campaign strategy and optimisation across multiple channels, with a primary focus on Google Search and Meta.
The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on. You will guide the team on best practices, dive into platform-level detail, and help shape how we evolve media as part of our broader performance stack.
Key responsibilities
- Own paid media strategy and execution across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Bing, and selected programmatic platforms.
- Manage several accounts individually, each with budgets over $2-$3 million annually
- Design and manage complex search campaigns using both manual and automated bidding strategies
- Lead a continuous testing and learning approach, with structured experimentation frameworks.
- Deliver actionable insights to stakeholders through transparent reporting and performance presentations.
What we need
- Experience in performance media
- Proven success managing multiple accounts with individual spends of $2 million+ or more per year
- Strong background in eCommerce marketing and a deep understanding of customer acquisition funnels
