**About the role**:
The Marketing team at Origin are responsible for the protection and advancement of our brand as well as bringing our services and products to market and to our customers. We deliver on strong commercial outcomes for the business via product marketing, customer engagement, retention and more.
We manage partnerships, we drive sales, we are digital first and we are absolutely customer obsessed, creative, collaborative and fast. Reporting into our Chief Marketing Officer, as Head of Media, Partnerships and Planning you are a key member of the marketing leadership team, and you’ll support your peers to deliver business unit outcomes as well as driving Origin-wide and core marketing ambitions. You will take ownership of our media relationships, outcomes and performance and core branded sales partnerships that deliver outcomes for many of Origin’s teams.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Owner of our Media agency relationship (ATL), ensuring excellence commercial and marketing outcomes via strong negotiation, strategy development, governance and partnership management.
- Leading our in-house digital agency to ensure best in class digital advertising outcomes and continuous improvement. Manage prioritisation, stakeholder management and ways of working to ensure connection with media agency, creative agencies, content and more.
- Management of our key brand and sales partnerships that drive sales outcomes for numerous teams. You will be the key owner of these relationships day to day, including partnership management, campaign execution, governance and reporting and opportunistic growth of these channels. You will also build a pipeline of new partnerships alongside product and sales teams to ensure our ability to meet targets is met both in the short and long term.
- Given your natural skills of coordination, planning and prioritisation, you will take a leading role to coordinate go-to market work. Via documentation, events and collaboration you will take responsibility for driving collaboration to ensure go to market excellence.
**What will you bring?**
- Degree qualified (marketing or business related disciplines) or equivalent work experience gained.
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in advertising, media agency or marketing roles
- Minimum 5 years people management experience; including leading people and teams through periods of change.
- Strong media management experience, including traditional and digital media channels (SEO, programmatic, SEM, social)
- Proficiency in Advertising and Media buying tools, analytic tools (Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Google) and a solid understanding of industry trends and best practices.
