In the **Head of Media** role, you will play a key role in the** Group Marketing**team who are doubling down on customer obsession and winning together.

**Each day you will go above and beyond to**:

- Develop overarching enterprise media strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead the centralised media plan and annual media negotiations
- Manage agency and publisher relationships
- Excellent industry insights to understand current trends and future growth
- Introduce new tools, platforms, and methods to improve media efficiencies and targeting.
- An ability to analyse data and measure the effectiveness of all campaign media is essential.
- Clear and concise communication with internal teams, stakeholders and agencies is vital.

**We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**:

- Extensive experience as a media planning and buying, ideally with exposure to financial services or regulated sectors
- Success managing large-scale media budgets, multi-agency ecosystems and integrated campaigns
- Proven industry relationships and an in-depth knowledge of media platforms and publishers, targeting technologies and emerging trends in the Australian market
- Deep data literacy in media attribution, mix modelling, and campaign analytics.
- Proven leadership and people management experience.
- Reporting, analytical and risk management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and growth mindset.
