BullAnt Security is a well-established company with a strong reputation for service excellence. We're looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our Rockingham office and become a key part of our customer service and administration team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves dealing with customers, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service and support.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

· Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and portal systems

· Identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions

· Providing estimates and quotes

· Creating job requests and work orders

· Scheduling and coordinating mobile and production work

· Administering customer portals and updating records

· Managing general administrative tasks and reporting

· Providing support and relief across the service team

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

· Proven excellence in customer service

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· High attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to follow procedures and communication guidelines

· Strong time management and multitasking skills

· A flexible, positive, and proactive attitude

· Good skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Ability to provide a National Police Clearance
