About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Transport & Administration Supervisor to lead and coordinate all administrative functions related to receivables, despatch, and data management. This role will be responsible for managing a high-performance administration team, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of paperwork and system entries that support our warehouse and logistics operations.

About You

You’re a confident and organised professional with a strong background in administration, ideally within logistics or warehouse operations. You take pride in accuracy, thrive in fast-paced environments, and know how to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

You’ll Bring:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with confidence working across all levels of management
- A strong understanding of logistics, transport management, and distribution operations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- People management or supervisory experience
- Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
