About the Role:

We're on the hunt for a reliable and experienced Construction Welders to work on our residential and commercial construction projects. You'll be welding and fabricating metal structures, components, and frameworks that form the backbone of our beautiful resorts.

What You'll Do:

• Read and interpret construction drawings and plans
• Weld and fabricate steel frames, supports, and custom components
• Operate welding equipment and hand tools safely and effectively
• Inspect and test welds to ensure quality and durability
• Work closely with site supervisors and other trades to meet project timelines
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow site safety procedures

What You'll Need:

• Trade qualification in Welding or Metal Fabrication
• Proven construction welding experience (residential or commercial)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current White Card (Construction Induction)
• Driver's license and reliable transport

Bonus Points for:

• Experience with MIG and Stick welding
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Basic fabrication skills and workshop experience
