About the role

This role requires a high performing super star and is based at our Townsville office with key responsibilities but not limited to the following:

  • Maintain calls from clients and team members
  • Experience with accounts receivable systems is essential
  • Coordinate House Transport approvals and facilitate building approvals
  • Support and upkeep of the transport and building approvals by consistently updating job information and details
  • Liaise with management regarding jobs and being proactive in providing solutions and resolutions
  • Complete other duties as required

We are requiring at least 2 years experience with (preferrable) processing NHVR permits and worked in a similar high functioning environment. We are looking for essential traits such; Accountability, self-awareness, collaborativeness, communication, adaptability, reliability and proactivity.

Australian citizenship is required for this position.

A minimum of 1-2 years administration experience is required.

A Certificate or Diploma level qualification is required for this position.
