Roofing Installation Supervisor – Colorbond

We're seeking a Roofing Supervisor with a proven background in new roofing installations for residential builds. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with at least 5 years of roofing experience, who takes pride in quality workmanship and efficient project delivery.

You'll coordinate and oversee roof installations across multiple sites, ensuring jobs are completed to a high standard, on time, and in line with safety regulations.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and carry out Colorbond roof installs on new residential homes
  • Ensure safety compliance on all worksites, including guardrail setup and maintenance
  • Liaise with builders, trades, and internal staff to manage scheduling and site readiness
  • Conduct quality checks and provide hands-on support as needed
  • Mentor and guide roofing teams and apprentices.

What You'll Bring

  • Trade qualified or minimum 5 years' experience in Colorbond roofing, including fascia and guttering (residential preferred)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of Australian roofing standards and safety compliance
  • Current driver's licence and own transport
  • White Card (mandatory)
