This position will be based in the Sydney office with hybrid working and expectations for internal travel within ANZ and occasionally internationally.

What You Will Do To Drive Impact
You will be strategically planning your own marketing campaigns and managing the ANZ GTM strategy and execution plans that align globally to drive quarterly results across segments. You will be creative in finding new ways to accelerate customer engagement for new logos and existing customer base to drive meetings and pipeline. You will also be:

  • Marketing planning: create an ANZ marketing strategy and execution plan, aligned to the global plan, to drive quarterly results across segments including with and through partners and direct to customers.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with the Japan leader and other stakeholders to share insights, setting market priorities, and communicating quarterly plans, performance and ROI.
  • Land localized campaigns and targeted programs in the region which align to global marketing priorities and execute against a local customer journey.
  • Bring experience in communications, storytelling and customer references to better promote and evangelise the Darktrace story in-market.
  • Lead content localization strategy and prioritization with ANZ team and global stakeholders.
  • Create and execute a mix of virtual and live prospect and customer activities that evangelize the brand, drive customer awareness and education for AI and cybersecurity innovation and increase engagements, meetings, and conversions across every stage of the customer journey.
  • Plan, orchestrate and execute third-party industry and Darktrace-led events to engage, accelerate and network with prospects and customers. Maintain regional event calendar.
  • Execute regional channel and strategic alliance marketing initiatives aligned to worldwide strategy.
  • Manage operational systems, processes, and budget within the APJ marketing team to ensure program and data accuracy.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance KPIs and metrics on all execution in region.

What Skills And Experiences We Are Looking For

  • 7+ years combined marketing experience preferably in demand generation and/or field and partner marketing in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the ANZ market, with tangible marketing experience working with sales, channel and alliances, and cross-functional marketing teams based outside of Japan.
  • Proven ability to influence and engage with senior leadership.
  • Track record of driving and delivering tangible demand generation results and aligning
  • Experience in project, program, and event management, with strong demonstratable operational and organization skills and mastery of planning & execution frameworks.
  • Ability to drive operational excellence and fiscal responsibility.
  • Performance expertise measuring key KPIs, metrics, and insights to accelerate business outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills that include written, verbal, virtual team collaboration.
