For billions of people around the globe.**The Role:**As a Supply Chain Associate, you will support the Supply Chain function across the ANZ market. This role will primarily revolve around working collaboratively between the Customer Experience and Warehouse & Distribution teams as part of the wider Supply Chain team. The aim of this role will be to develop a broad understanding of the Commercial Supply Chain and their relationships with both the Commercial Business and external stakeholders.**Key Responsibilities include:*** Performing tasks relating to different Supply Chain areas including report creation, system updates, inbound freight analysis, order management and learning Power BI tools* Working with regional and global Supply Chain teams to ensure that interfaces are well maintained and understand the end-to-end supply chain inter-dependencies* Own the full end to end process from order to deliver, and deliver internal KPIs targets across Supply Chain functions* Manage phone and email correspondence with key customers* Ownership of Customer Service email inbox and inbound AU phone queue* Deliver optimised customer service and product availability and cost to serve to respective commercial area* Collaborate with external partners to monitor performance, improve and drive service levels* Deliver continuous improvement and cost saving initiatives* Work collaboratively with sales colleagues to manage customer requirements* Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Quality Assurance to ensure quality standards are met in ANZ Distribution networks* Assist management with month, quarter and year end closure activities as needed**About you:** This role is ideal for someone who has a bachelor’s degree and/or 1-3 years’ work experience in Supply Chain.
