Salary: Level 5, $105,167-$114,938, PS CSA Agreement
This position is offered commencing ASAP until 30 April 2026 as a fixed term contract/secondment opportunity with the possibility of further temporary extension. This position is available whilst the substantive occupant is engaged in other duties.

Your Role
Your Role
In collaboration with Burswood Park Board employees, contractors, consultants and key stakeholders, the Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, management and delivery of works projects in Burswood Park.
The ability to facilitate the engagement of all stakeholders is critical in this role to ensure there is alignment of required outcomes.
In consultation with the Operations Manager the Project Coordinator is required to prepare and coordinate procurement processes, and administer and manage contracts to enable projects to be delivered aligned to strategic objectives and within specified timeframes.

Essential Criteria
- Demonstrated highly developed skills and experience in works project management, including procurement and contract management.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills to undertake consultation, collaboration and negotiation with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated analytical and conceptual skills to provide innovative solutions to complex park issues.
- Demonstrated budget and financial management skills.
Special Conditions of this role include:
- “C” class drivers’ licence.
- Shared Out of Hours duties.
- After hours attendance in case of emergency.
- Available to work outside of normal working hours and meet variable work demands.
- Complete a satisfactory National Criminal Record Screening Check.
