IT Customer Service Representative

**A newly created role offering top-notch customer service to end users of IT and audio visual equipment.**
**The Role**
IT Business Services looks after everything IT for Centacare.
The IT Customer Service Representative assists Centacare workers in their use of end user IT equipment, printers, and meeting room audio visual equipment.

**What you need to bring**
- A strong customer service focus
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Experience setting up user workstations with monitors, docking stations, etc.
- Experience with supporting users of computers running Microsoft Windows (10+)
- Experience with supporting users of the Microsoft 365 suite
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Valid Department of Human Services (DHS) Working with Children Check. (previously known as ‘Child-Related Employment Screening Clearance’)
- Valid NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC)
- Knowledge of IT service management principles is desirable
