**Job Description**:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will answer inbound calls from customers, build rapport and provide outstanding customer service solutions. You will navigate through multiple systems, whilst maintaining customer engagement on the phone, and confidently handle technology faults, complaints and trouble-shooting issues. Don’t worry - we will teach you everything

**What you need to know**:

- Base Salary of $50, 500 plus Super and a Monthly Incentive Structure
- Our customers need us around the clock, so this role works on a roster across Monday - Friday between 7am - 7pm (shifts are 7.6 hours)
- Choose to work from home on a hybrid model, and adopt a 9 day fortnight
