Our client is a large organisation within the retail sector, known for offering high-quality luxury products and exceptional customer service. They are committed to operational excellence and are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join their commercial department in Sydney.

Responsibilities

- Overseeing daily sales operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and resolve operational challenges.
- Develop and maintain sales performance reports and dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures within the sales department.
- Support the implementation of new tools and technologies to optimise sales processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer requirements and improve service levels.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with supply chain teams to avoid disruptions.
- Contribute to strategic planning by providing insights based on sales data analysis.

Qualifications

- Experience working within the retail industry
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using Power BI to drive decisions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance tools.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Relevant qualifications in business, sales, or a related field.

- Base salary of $120,000-$130,000 AUD plus superannuation.
- One-month end-of-contract bonus to reward your contributions.
