Opportunity

Take the lead in shaping and developing impactful digital sales and marketing initiatives. You’ll drive continuous enhancements to the digital customer experience, leveraging marketing automation, omni‑channel customer journeys and data‑driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Leading digital marketing strategies across automation, journeys, paid media and martech solutions

- Drive loyalty, acquisition and paid media strategies to optimise performance and achieve ROAS, CPC and CPA goals

- Owning CRM and marketing automation across email, SMS, push notifications, and in‑app messaging

- Leading audience segmentation and personalisation

- Turning campaign data into insights that boost loyalty and acquisition

- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to enhance digital channels

- Leading and mentoring a high performing team, fostering growth and professional development

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in a digital marketing role that involves delivering personalised journey content

- Experience with modern marketing, analytics, and content tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Marketing platform or similar

- Understanding of digital architecture

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action

- Collaborative problem‑solving skills

- Motivated, flexible and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholder groups
