Role Description
Based in our Sydney office and reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing RP Infrastructure’s (RPI) integrated marketing, communications, and bid strategies. This role is critical in enhancing market engagement and brand visibility to elevate RPI’s client experiences and align marketing initiatives with the firm’s strategic goals and values.
Responsibilities
- Lead the firm’s marketing and communications positioning strategy
- Consolidate and align the brands of previous and future acquired firms
- Lead and develop a team of marketing, communications and bid team members
- Lead firm-wide digital initiatives including website development and social media campaigns
- Support internal RPI project teams on growth initiatives such as major pursuit and key client relationship management programs
- Oversee the production of industry-focused articles, thought leadership pieces and project case studies
- Partner with industry bodies and senior RPI stakeholders to deliver an event sponsorship and RPI-hosted networking program
- Ensure brand guidelines are consistent and adhered to across the business nationally
Candidate Profile

Applicants with a background in corporate marketing and communications from professional services industries such as property, infrastructure, engineering, architecture, project management will be highly regarded.
You will possess the following skills:
- A tertiary qualification, particularly in a marketing and communications related discipline
- Demonstrated 15+ years in a marketing-based role
- A confident writer and proofreader with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency and quality control
- High level communication skills and experience working with a diverse stakeholder group, including senior stakeholders and executives
- Demonstrated high quality experience in writing for and managing web-based media, websites, social media and articles
- Strong project coordination skills including experience in working with external organisations such as industry bodies and suppliers such as graphic designers and web developers
- Demonstrated experience with digital transformation and brand integration through a merger and integration process (an advantage)
