The Role:

We have an exciting new opportunities for Senior and Junior Administrators to join our global head office in Toowong. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in providing administrative support to the Client Services team, showcasing exceptional attention to detail, and adeptly juggling competing priorities.

Permanent Full Time and Permanent Part Time positions available.

Accountabilities:

- Collaborate with the Client Services team to provide support and assistance.
- Ensure the timely and effective handling of tasks.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in report generation.
- Efficiently balance workload to meet organisational objectives.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating field operations to meet deadlines.
- Help organise training and equipment for staff.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain data integrity in company databases.
- Respond to external enquiries promptly and accurately, ensuring effective communication and resolution in a timely manner.

Your experience:

- 2+ years general office administration experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and prioritise issues.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Confident in navigating computer systems including Microsoft Office.
