We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Supply Officer to join the Supply team for a significant Energy client in Darwin. This role supports inventory and materials management across the Darwin/Katherine region, with regular travel to Katherine Power Station.

- Short Term Contract to mid January 2026
- Applications Close 1 October 2025 cob

You will be responsible for:

- Managing inventory including issuing, receipting, returns, and inspections.
- Conducting cyclical and annual stocktakes.
- Supporting catalogue maintenance and inventory optimisation.
- Assisting with warehouse housekeeping and disposal of obsolete stock.
- Collaborating with Business Services and other stakeholders.

Key Requirements

- Previous warehouse experience and understanding of industrial materials handling.
- Strong knowledge of OH&S practices and commitment to safety.
- Proficiency in inventory systems and Microsoft Office.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong time management and adaptability.
- Current NT Driver’s Licence and Forklift Operator Licence.
- Training in hazardous/dangerous goods.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Pronto) and TRIM.
- Certificate-level qualifications in Supply Chain Management.
