Overview

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our client’s team. This is a pivotal role focused on identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships and driving growth within our client’s target industries. You will play a key part in shaping the company’s future direction while contributing to projects that have real cultural and commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the client base.
- Identify new opportunities across mining, construction and HSE sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Represent the business at industry events, networking forums and client meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions for clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to sustainable business growth.

About You

- Proven track record in business development, sales or client relationship management.
- Experience working within mining, construction or HSE sectors is highly regarded.
- Strong network and understanding of industry dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver results.
- Self-motivated, proactive and driven to succeed.
