Position Overview: As a Remote Sales and Marketing Specialist, your role will involve connecting with prospective clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering tailored solutions. This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct virtual meetings to evaluate clients' insurance needs.
- Present customized insurance solutions that fit individual needs.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through excellent service.
- Use company-provided leads for prospecting (no cold calling or door-to-door sales).
- Participate in continuous training to improve product knowledge.
- Obtain and maintain a life insurance license (we will provide training).
- Work in a flexible, self-paced environment while staying motivated.

Qualifications:

- No experience required; we provide full training.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Life Insurance License.
- Strong self-motivation with a goal-driven attitude.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Must be based in the United States.
