What You’ll Be Doing:

Provide hands-on support for desktop/laptop hardware, printers, and software

Liaise with internal and external customers to deliver high-quality IT service

Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceDesk tickets with a proactive approach

Facilitate IT setups for new hires and internal team moves

Maintain IT asset registers and software licensing records

Deliver training and coaching to end-users (on-site and remote)

Contribute to IT projects and process improvement initiatives

Collaborate with the Property & Facilities team for smooth relocations

Ensure accurate documentation and ticket closure

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude

Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment

Experience in a similar IT support role (preferred)

A team player who can also work independently

High attention to detail and a passion for solving problems
