Our operations span Northern Queensland, with extensive cattle properties, backgrounding operations in Southern Queensland, a state-of-the-art cattle feedlot, a fully accredited beef processing facility, and global marketing capabilities. We offer a full range of grain and grass-fed beef categories and export to over 35 countries globally. Brisbane Head Office manages all aspects of the business/'s vertical integration.

Your Role:
As a Sales Support Officer, you’ll be responsible for processing customer orders, managing stock levels, and coordinating schedules across production, shipping, and warehouse teams. You’ll ensure our customers receive the best service while helping to keep our operations efficient and well-organised.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Processing customer orders with accuracy and scheduling production and deliveries to meet expectations.
- Working closely with Production, Shipping, and Load-Out teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
- Assisting with production schedules, including Trim, Offal, Carcass, and Sales Order Plans.
- Monitoring stock levels, conducting checks, and coordinating with production and warehouse teams.
- Acting as a key contact for customers and internal teams, keeping everyone updated on order progress.
- Handling customer claims quickly and effectively, maintaining strong relationships along the way.
- Managing customer deposit schedules, ensuring everything is accurate and up to date.
- Pitching in with other tasks to support the Sales Support Team Leader when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

- Excellent organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence in communicating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong customer mindset.
- Experience using order management systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- An understanding of meat processing, stock management, or logistics (a bonus, but not essential).
