The rooftop of Hyde Melbourne Place will be transformed with warm tones, long tables, generous spaces for relaxed communal dining and an all-new Mediterranean-inspired food and beverage menu.

Job Description

We’re now on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead our bar operations, inspire the team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service and great guest experiences

- Lead, mentor and develop the bar team to deliver high standards of hospitality

- Curate and innovate the beverage offering, including seasonal cocktails, wine, and spirits.

- Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.

- Drive revenue and profitability while maintaining cost control.

- Uphold compliance with licensing, health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

- Experienced in a leadership role within high-volume bars or premium venues

- A creative mind with a passion for mixology, trends and guest experiences.

- Organised, proactive, and confident managing financials and operations.
