We have an opportunity for an individual to join the team at Saké Restaurant & Bar Hamerhall as a **Sommelier**

**About the role**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Saké Sommelier. As the Saké Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the team to manage Saké inventory, curating Saké lists, training staff in Saké pairing, and sales techniques. You will be working with a team to maintain our beverage program and ensure exceptional guest experiences through expert Saké service.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Certification or accreditation in sommelier or related field is desirable
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in Saké pairing, Saké sales, and sommelier practices
- Previous experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging and informative Saké presentations
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
