Overview

SkyCity is seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Interstate Sales Managers, one based in Queensland (QLD) and two in New South Wales (NSW), to join our team and lead the charge in managing and expanding our VIP member base across gaming machines and table games.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with VIP members across gaming machines and table games. You will be developing and executing strategic sales initiatives aimed at increasing visitation, acquiring new members, and driving revenue growth across SkyCity properties. You’ll also be hosting and coordinating exclusive events and experiences tailored to the needs and expectations of VIP clientele. You will leverage the existing member database to identify new business opportunities and enhance the overall value of the interstate market. You must ensure full compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements by gathering and maintaining accurate member information.

Qualifications

You will bring 3 to 5 years of experience in hospitality, sales, or hosting, with a strong foundation in member engagement and relationship management. If you have prior experience or a solid understanding of the gaming industry this will be considered a strong asset. You will have exceptional communication and negotiation skills, along with cultural awareness and sensitivity to diverse clientele and being able to speak a second language is a big plus. You will have strong written and verbal communication, with the confidence to interact effectively across all levels of the business, even under pressure. You will have a self-driven mindset, combined with strong time management and organisational abilities, which is essential for effectively planning, prioritising, and meeting deadlines in our fast paced environment.
