The Manager, Strategic Sales and Acquisitions role is accountable to the Senior Manager, Asset Services and will proactively manage all aspects of the strategic asset sales and acquisition programs, in accordance with the SA Housing Trust’s (the Trust) strategic asset management plan, leading to enhanced housing and economic development outcomes.

The role will deliver high level, robust feasibility analysis and financial modelling and proactively manage the strategic sales strategy to achieve timely asset sales and inform future development decisions. The role will also proactively lead the well-developed strategic sales and acquisitions team that is committed to delivering high quality sustainable asset outcomes, and building synergies across the organisation, leading strategic asset sales and acquisitions.

**Special Conditions**
- Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed.
- The successful applicant may be required to hold a current Australian issued Drivers Licence, which must be maintained.
- Some out of hours work including interstate travel may be required.

**Role Status**
Long term contract up to 30 June 2028.

**Requirements**:
Essential - A qualification and experience in real estate or related fields.

**Remuneration**
$121,107 - $125,679 (ASO8)
