Our team of dedicated sales personnel work face-to-face at event sites around Australia and New Zealand assisting our clients with their customer acquisition programs and raising brand awareness.

**The Role**:
The Campaign Manager’s primary role is to ensure marketing campaigns achieve their objectives. They work with the Managing Director to create, execute, and monitor the performance of campaigns and provide all the resources required to meet individual and team sales targets.
- **Here are some duties and responsibilities of a Campaign Manager**:_
- Train and develop new and existing field representatives
- Ensure the success of our face to face campaigns from implementation to final delivery and manage field performance
- Assist with the daily running of the business
- Run local and interstate travel trips
- Be a good, positive example on the sites and in the office
- Ensure sales targets and KPI’s are hit

**What Are We Looking for**:

- Availability Monday - Friday (2 Saturdays a month)
- 2-5 years of experience in Direct Sales
- 3 years experience in Effective Management
- Positive, Outgoing, and Energetic
- Confident and knows how to Motivate and Empower a Team
- Motivated and Self-driven to grow the business to the next level
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Has a Growth Mindset and Adaptable to shifts in business strategy and ongoing changes
- A sound understanding of sales process and its strategic execution to meet and exceed KPIs
- Self
- starter who uses own initiative
- Valid Driver's License

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Managing employees: 2 years (required)
- Direct sales: 1 year (required)

- Full Driver Licence (required)
