The Opportunity

Come and join our team We are seeking a Community Disability Support Worker located in Marsfield. You will be responsible for supporting a customer with daily living tasks to help them live an independent and holistic life. Each day may look a little different, but your work will be centered around the following:

• Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home

• Providing support with hygiene and personal care

• Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication

• Meal assistance which may include meal preparation

Shifts

- Monday 9-2pm
- Wednesday 9-2pm
- Thursday 9-2pm
- Friday 9-12pm
- Saturday 9-12pm
- Sunday 9-12pm

To be successful in this role you will have

- At least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker
- NDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain
