Senior Support Workers – Psychosocial Disability & Corrections

Locations: Rhodes | Sutherland | Campbelltown | Penrith | Maroubra

Milestone Support Services supports men exiting correctional facilities who live with psychosocial disabilities. We're looking for experienced Senior Support Workers (2+ years) ready to step into leadership and make a real impact.

What You'll Do
  • Mentor and support participants and junior staff
  • Assist with rosters and daily service delivery
  • Facilitate community engagement and independence
  • Provide personal care, meal prep, and appointment support
  • Help men transition positively back into the community
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years experience in disability/mental health/corrections
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for working with psychosocial disability (schizophrenia, bipolar, PTSD, intellectual disability)
  • NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, Driver's Licence, insured vehicle

(Nurses, Social Workers, and WWCC holders highly regarded)
