We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team.

**THE ROLE**

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing care and support to individuals with various disabilities, assisting them with daily activities, and promoting independence. This job includes taking participant in the mornings to school, after school activities and community access. Assist with daily activities such as bathing dressing and meal preparation. Communicate effectively with individuals, families and other team members. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided. Flexible hours Monday to Sunday Part-time or full time. AGE IS NO BARRIER.

**KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**
- Living in Australia (Sydney metropolitan)
- First Aid
- Working with Children’s Check (or ability to obtain one)
- Police Check (or ability to obtain one)
- NDIS Support Worker module certificate
- Drivers licence & insured vehicle
- Fit and healthy
