NOW HIRING: Disability Support Worker & Cleaner – Hills/ Hawkesbury Area.

Applicants need to be willing to work in the mornings from 6am - 9 am (potentially) plus times during the day, and work on Saturdays.

All applicants must have experience working with children/ and or people with social disabilities.

Flash support is looking to hire a range of staff members that are committed and reliable to their services.

About the Role:

This is a dual role combining disability support work with home and community cleaning services. You'll be working with a diverse range of clients – no two days will be the same If you're someone who thrives on variety, is proactive, and has a strong work ethic, this job is for you.

What We're Looking For:

Full Australian Driver's License and your own reliable vehicle (you will be paid for kilometres driven)

Someone *committed, who shows up, and follows through

A person who enjoys a *fast-paced, hands-on role**

* Comfortable working with a variety of clients, including those with high support needs

Great *attention to detail** – especially when it comes to cleaning

Someone who genuinely *cares** and wants to make a difference in people's lives

Willing to learn and take part in *provided training** for support work

All *cleaning products and equipment will be supplied**

Duties Will Include:

* Personal and social support for people with disabilities.

* Domestic cleaning (home maintenance, deep cleans, etc.)

* Driving to and from client homes (paid kilometres)

* Maintaining professional boundaries while building positive relationships

Location:

Various suburbs across Sydney – must be flexible and willing to travel
