Based in North Sydney

We're looking for a highly capable and motivated Agile Delivery Lead to drive outcomes across our Enterprise and Product teams. This is a full-time, permanent position based in North Sydney, reporting to the Principal Delivery Lead - Technology.

In this hands-on role, you'll be key to ensuring smooth delivery, championing agile practices, and building confidence with stakeholders. You'll work in both Agile and Lean environments, balancing flexibility with structure to deliver value iteratively and predictably.

As a Delivery Lead, you will:

- Support the growth of our delivery practice by sharing knowledge and coaching teams to embrace a mindset of continuous improvement

Key responsibilities and experience:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of initiatives for one or more teams, coordinating releases, dependencies, and priorities.
- Champion agile and lean practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and adapt approaches to suit the context.
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks and dependencies early by working with your peers.
- Provide clear, transparent updates on progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration and empower teams to take accountability for their delivery and operations ("you build it, you run it").
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Analysts to ensure delivery aligns with strategic goals and customer outcomes.
- Contribute to the Delivery Chapter by sharing practices and learning.
- Coach and mentor team members in agile and lean principles to build maturity and self-organization.

You will also have:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- 5–7 years of experience in software/product delivery, with at least 2–3 years as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or Project Manager.
- Hands-on experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with Lean principles.
- Exposure to both agile and traditional delivery models; comfortable working in hybrid or dual-track environments.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Proven experience facilitating cross-functional collaboration and resolving delivery challenges.

Bonus points for:

Professional certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Disciplined Agile, PRINCE2 Agile).

Our benefits and perks:

- Competitive salary package
- A positive, supportive workplace culture
- Professional growth and development opportunities
- Comprehensive, paid training and ongoing support

If you’re curious, ready for a unique challenge, and want to make a real impact, we want to hear from you
