We are currently seeking an experienced Iteration Manager | Scrum Master to drive the agile delivery on Enterprise Data Platforms.

You will take ownership of effective and timely delivery of prioritised features using the Scrum framework. Your expert facilitation of sprint planning, showcases, retrospectives and team ceremonies including stand ups will clear the path for teams to continue to deliver.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive agile delivery on Data Platforms using the Scrum framework.
- Facilitate sprint planning, showcases, retrospectives and team ceremonies including stand ups.
- Manage risk, regulatory and compliance obligations.
- Continuously improve the performance and quality of the team, manage capacity, issues and cross-team dependencies.
- Work collaboratively with Product Owners to guide delivery roadmaps.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years as an Agile Delivery Lead, Technology Iteration Manager or Scrum Master.
- Customer obsession to create a world-class experience
- Experience leading and coaching end-to-end agile delivery in continuous delivery cycle.
- Experience managing and guiding requirements and deliver outcomes based on agile principals, values and behaviours.
- Experience at forecasting and planning at the project level to remediate risks and dependencies of delivery.
- Experience with Atlassian toolsets (e.g., JIRA and Confluence).
- Experience working on data platform projects (bonus).
- Skills to act as a gatekeeper to channel new requests and protect engineers from delivering exceptional product.
- Extensive experience in managing and guiding requirements in order to adapt to changing requirements.
- Professional Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Master certification.

As an Iteration Manager | Scrum Master, you will need to have excellent organizational and people skills, a proven track record in successfully working and collaborating with multiple teams, as well as be a natural consensus builder, problem solver with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
