**Agile Delivery Lead - Contract - Sydney**

My client is looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Lead. You will be responsible for promoting the adoption of scrum and supporting their teams to understand scrum theory, practices and values. You will play a pivotal role in the delivery of key business initiatives across a number of their digital platforms.
- With an industry leading technology team, backed by analytics, the organisation are resourceful and willing to experiment. Their agile teams are empowered to innovate and deliver an awesome experience for their customers.
- The role will sit in the API Tribe (Automation, personalisation and Identity) who is responsible for creating solutions that enable our business to view and send personalised communications to their customers. In this specific role, the Agile Delivery Lead will be responsible for two squads.**Responsibilities**:

- Personable, self starter, energetic, passionate, has growth mindset
- Can juggle multiple priorities effectively balancing tribe facilitation, squads and supporting the Agile Delivery Leads team within the tribe.
- Able to facilitate end to end delivery
- Someone that can effectively support key stakeholders including Tribe Lead and Product Management team
- Strong understanding and able to effectively facilitate Scrum, Kanban, Inception, Big Room Planning
- Strong workshop facilitator
- Experience facilitating tribe ceremonies
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- is Scrum Master certified

**About You**:

- Proven experience working as a Delivery Led (5 years) for a tier 1 organisation
- Good technical ability and understanding of end to end delivery across app, web and digital.
- Excellent facilitation and work-shopping skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management, with the ability to influence
- Excellent leadership skills
- Experienced in delivering training to squads, particularly where there is a capability or maturity gap in the team
