We are a practitioner led Business Agility and Lean-Agile Transformation Consultancy. We coach at all levels of a business to inject lean start-up culture into the enterprise, creating work environments that people love Our customer portfolio includes large-scale household names and smaller/leaner organisations throughout Australia, Singapore, and New Zealand.

We are on the lookout for a number of talented Enterprise Agile Consultants to partner with our awesome clients, whilst still being made to feel very much like EPiC is home

**You will be responsible for:
- Assessing the Agile Organisational health
- Identifying Agile Adoption Challenge
- Reviewing & Enabling high performance governance models
- Business Value Standardisation
- Coaching Standards
- Agile Coaching for Business Impact
- Coaching allocation models to Dynamic System of Work
- Mechanisms to Seek Expertise

Ensure a system thinking, and culture building approach is embedded delivering at clients.
