**ABOUT THE ROLE.**

You'll lead a skilled team of Chapter members, overseeing their integration into tribes and squads, with you as their direct supervisor. As the Agile Delivery Chapter Lead, you'll guide Business Units through quarterly delivery cycles, collaborating with leadership and squads to plan for the upcoming quarter. Your duties will include facilitating Big Room Planning (BRP) sessions, ensuring delivery plans meet standards, and contributing to the organisation's success.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.**
- Guide direct reports' career development.
- Manage Agile Delivery resources including mapping, recruitment, skill development, conflict resolution, and performance reviews.
- Improve Agile practices and workflows.
- Lead cross-functional teams across product, technology, marketing, and CX.
- Address impediments hindering effective delivery across teams.
- Optimize delivery conditions through resource management, transparent reporting, progress tracking, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and facilitate large-scale planning sessions.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS.**
- Strong track record in Agile Delivery or Program Management, driving successful project outcomes.
- Proven ability to manage teams in complex or critical environments.
- Skilled in implementing improved operational methods and managing change effectively.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, adept at influencing senior stakeholders.
- Essential certifications and experience in roles such as Scrum Master, Project Management, Product Owner, or Agile Coach.
