**Job Description**:
**About the role**:
The role of the Senior Agile Delivery Lead is to shape and drive the success of projects with a team of engineers, designers and product specialists on varied and exciting projects with the support of the Head of Delivery. Your mission is to deliver outcomes to our customers through driving an environment that encourages collaboration and alignment so the teams can thrive and continuously improve.

You will ensure that teams are connected to a customer outcome and understand why they are working on something, instead of implementing a solution. You will be building strong relationships with key client stakeholders to provide clarity around the progress and manage issues and risks of the projects. You will partner with senior stakeholders in the business to drive Bilue’s ways of working and mentor others in the process and delivery refinement.

**Skills & Responsibilities**:

- Own the facilitation of agile ceremonies for various delivery teams within client engagements
- Shape and implement the delivery framework for the engagement together with the technical and design Leads on the engagement, supported by the Head of Delivery
- Drive strong relationships with key client stakeholders and become their trusted partner
- Define and continuously refine the delivery roadmap of an engagement with the key stakeholders in an engagement
- Proactively manage risks and issues in the project with the team and client
- Mentor project team members ensuring they are aligned with the mission, vision and goals
- Foster continuous improvement with a focus on getting things done
- Grow the Bilue Ways of Working through data-driven strategies
- Work with the Bilue Development Coach to support employee well-being, growth opportunities and performance of individuals
- Work with the Bilue Sales and Allocations teams to ready-up project groups for new engagements
- Mature Bilue’s end-to-end delivery practices

**Qualifications**:
**About you**:

- 5-7+ years of commercial experience in leading and delivering agile projects
- Scrum certifications are preferred but not essential
- Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment
- Strong facilitation and workshop skills and experience
- Exceptional stakeholder management with the ability to influence and persuade
