What You'll Lead:

- A bold, unified global eCommerce strategy spanning DTC platforms and marketplace channels, and new marketplace launches
- Full ownership of digital revenue, from CAC and LTV to Buy Box performance and conversion optimisation
- The scaling of fulfilment, tech infrastructure, payments, tax, and compliance operations across international markets
- A growing team of high-performing channel leads
- In-house transformation of Amazon ops, bringing strategy, tooling, and excellence under your leadership
- Cross-functional alignment across Product, CX, Supply Chain, Tech, and Growth Marketing
- A data-rich culture of continuous testing, optimisation, automation, and innovation

About You:

- Solid experience leading digital commerce at scale, ideally with international or multi-market scope
- Proven results growing DTC platforms and marketplace channels, and emerging marketplacesrevenue in high-growth environments
- Commercially minded with deep operational instincts
- Exceptional leadership, you can scale systems and teams, and still dive into the details when needed
- Fluency in eCommerce analytics, platform advertising, and customer lifecycle optimisation
