What you'll do

  • Lead lifecycle and retention strategies across email, CRM, and SMS to drive engagement and reduce churn.
  • Map, launch, and optimise customer journeys that reflect behaviours, milestones, and program touchpoints.
  • Write and edit persuasive copy for emails, CRM communications, and campaigns that reflect our brand voice and deliver value.
  • Plan and manage lifecycle content calendars linked to launches, events, and key initiatives.
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs, and formats to continually improve performance.
  • Build, manage, and optimise HubSpot workflows for onboarding, nurture, engagement, and reactivation.
  • Maintain CRM health with strong segmentation, tagging, lead scoring, and compliance best practices.
  • Track, analyse, and report on lifecycle metrics including churn, engagement, and conversion.
  • Build dashboards and deliver insights to stakeholders on campaign effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Member Experience teams to align communications with business goals and member needs.

What you'll bring

  • 4–6 years of experience in retention, CRM, or lifecycle marketing, ideally in B2B, tech, education, or high-touch service industries.
  • High attention to detail with proven ability to run QA processes, troubleshoot campaign issues, and maintain consistency across large-scale marketing programs.
  • Advanced HubSpot user with experience in workflows, list segmentation, reporting, and lifecycle automations.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft conversion-optimised messaging across multiple formats and tones.
  • You're confident with CRM metrics, campaign attribution, lead scoring, and data interpretation.
  • You're a fast, hands-on marketer who can build, launch, and iterate without needing layers of support.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams.
  • You're a strategic thinker who's also comfortable with the details, and able to zoom in and out as needed.
